1. Photos and access
Send photos from each side of the slab, the path to the slab, and anything close to the work.
2. Written scope
The scope should say what comes out, what stays, whether saw cutting is included, and whether concrete haul off is included.
3. Utility marking
Sprinklers, gas, water, electric, drains, and private lines must be discussed before demolition.
4. Saw cutting and break-up
Edges are cut where needed. Concrete is broken into sections that can be loaded safely.
5. Load, haul, and prep
Debris is loaded and hauled. The site is left ready for the next phase listed in the scope.
